1.Pure Wheatgrass Juice

1 cup freshly cut wheatgrass
2-3 cups water
1/2 lemon
 
Mix wheatgrass and water in blender. The pulp will float to the top. Strain this juice and add some fresh lemon juice. Lemon gives a fresh, tangy flavor to the juice. Drink this economical and no-fuss juice immediately to enjoy the best benefits.
 
2.Wheatgrass with Apple Juice

2 apples
2 stems of celery
half a lemon
3 bunches of wheatgrass - enough to make 2oz (60ml)of wheatgrass juice.

Wash the fruit and vegetables. Core the apples, and peel the lemon. Mix everything in juicer and blend them together.
 



3.Wheatgrass with Oranges Juice
 
3 oranges
1 tsp. grated ginger
30 ml wheatgrass juice
 
Wash the fruit and vegetables. Peel and deseed oranges and mix everything in juicer and blend them together.
 
4.Weatgrass with Carrot Juice

 3 carrots
 2 apples
30 ml wheatgrass juice
Ginger (optional)
 
Wash the fruit and vegetables. Peel and cut carrots and apple in chunks. Mix everything in juicer and blend them together.
 
5.Wheatgrass with Beetroot

3 carrots
1/2 beetroot
2 celery sticks
1/2 lemon
30ml wheatgrass juice
Small handful of parsley
 
Wash the fruit and vegetables. Peel and cut beetroot in chunks. Mix beetroot chinks, celery, wheatgrass, parsley in juicer and blend them together. Squeeze lemon juice in the juice. This juice will work as cleansing Juice.
 
6.Wheatgrass with Mint flavor

Base of orange or apple juice
Small handful of fresh mint
30 ml wheatgrass juice
 
Mix everything together and enjoy mint flavor with healthy juice.
 






7.Wheatgrass with watermelon

30mls wheatgrass
Watermelon (enough for 1 glass)
 
Cut watermelon into chunks and mix with wheatgrass in blender. A great refreshing summer combination that disguises the taste of wheat grass.
 
8.Wheatgrass with Pineapple

30mls wheatgrass
¼ medium pineapple
1 handful fresh mint leaves
 
Cut fruit into chunks and mix everything together. Can be served with ice.
 






9.Wheatgrass with Pears

1/2 shot of wheatgrass
2 medium pears
4 ounces filtered water
 
Mix everything together in blender.
 
10.Wheatgrass with Cucumber

2 oz. fresh wheatgrass
3 stalks of celery
2 medium-sized cucumbers
fresh parsley (1/2 cup) and
a few fresh spinach leaves
 
Wash and  Cut all the vegetables into small bits. Place in juicer, add required amount of water and blend well.
