How To Make Carrot Juice ?

 
1.Classic Carrot Juice  (Pure Carrot Juice)

Ingredients
2 Large Fresh Cleaned Carrots
 
1.carrots under water and quarter them according to your mixer capacity.

2.Put them into grinder and grind it till smoothie consistency. You may have to put them in batches because of grinder capacity.

3.One tall glass per day is generally the recommended daily intake limit.
 
2.Apple Carrot Juice

Ingredients
4 large  carrots
2  sweet apples
 
Wash and peel carrots. Core apples. Place carrots and apples in juicer.


 



3.Carrots with Vegetables(Vegie Delight)

Ingredients
2 Oranges
2 Carrots
1/4 head of lettuce
1 celery stick
1/4 head of cabbage
2 large branches of broccoli
 
1.Use a citrus juicer for the oranges and add it to the collection jar with the ice.

2.Run the carrots, celery, cabbage and lettuce through the juicer.

3.Stir to blend well and enjoy.

4.Carrot Mango juice

Ingredients
4  Carrots, medium 
1  Mango, pitted 
 
 
Press all ingredients through a juice extractor. Stir, and drink immediately.




 







5.Orange Carrot Juice

Ingredients
4 Large Fresh Cleaned Carrots
1 Large Fresh Peeled Oranges
 
Using electric juice extractor, press carrots and oranges. Whisk to combine.








6.Tomato-Carrot Juice


Ingredients
Tomato juice - 1 cup
Carrot - 1 pc medium size (peeled and cubed)
lime juice - 1 tbsp
Orange juice - 1 cup
Sugar - to taste
Ice cubes - as needed
Orange or lime - for garnish
 
In a blender, combine carrot, orange juice, tomato juice, lime juice, sugar and ice cubes. Serve and enjoy drinking. 






7.Carrot Pineapple Orange Juice

Ingredients
3 medium carrots
1/2 small, ripe pineapple, peeled, cored and cut into pieces
1 large orange, peeled and cut into pieces
 
Turn on your juicer, add the carrots, pineapple, and orange-one at a time.

Turn off the machine and pour the juice into a glass and serve.






 
8.Blueberry Carrot Juice

Ingredients
4 Large Fresh Cleaned Carrots
1 Cups Of Fresh Cleaned Blueberries
1 Large Fresh Mint Sprig (Optional Garnish)

In a blender, combine all ingredients and grind till juice consistency.
 











9.Carrot Juice with Milk

Ingredients:
4 Large Fresh Cleaned Carrots
1/4 Cup Of Fresh Cold 2% Milk
 
Wash and peel carrots.Put quarters of carrots in blender and grind till juice consistency.

Fill the glass wit carrot juice and then add milk into glass.



 
 






10.Carrot Ginger Root Beet Juice

Ingredients:
6 Cups Of Peeled Baby Cut Carrots
1 Half Inch Chunk Of Fresh Ginger Root
1 Large Fresh Cleaned Beet
 
In a blender, combine all ingredients and grind till juice consistency.
